How do I contact TIAA or view my retirement account at TIAA?

    To reach TIAA, call 800-842-2829 or login at: tiaa.org/uua.  

    **Please Note: The UU Retirement Plan has transferred recordkeepers from TIAA to Empower.  However, you can still log in to your TIAA account to view statements and tax documents, and participants invested in TIAA Traditional still have money transferring monthly from TIAA to Empower.

    To change your communication preferences in TIAA, log in to your account at: tiaa.org/uua


    Select Profile, then Communication preferences. 




    Then you can select Email or Mail for each type of communication (statements, tax documents, etc.)
