What investments can I choose from for my retirement plan account?

The Unitarian Universalist (UU) Organizations Retirement Plan participants select their investments when they initially enroll.

Thereafter, participants may reallocate. Some experts recommend reviewing and potentially reallocating every six months, and when certain life events such as marriage, birth, divorce, etc., occur.

To view investment options, log in to your Empower account, click on Account on the top menu, then click on Overview.  Then on the left click on Investment lineup.  This will list all the options and give more information.

The fund managers T. Rowe Price, Nuveen (TIAA), Vanguard, Putnam, Impax, Boston Trust, and Capital Group (American Funds) are signatories to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, which was a consideration in choosing these options.
