The UUA, with the assistance of Fiducient Advisors, our investment advisor, issued a Request for Proposal for Recordkeeper Services last January (2022). Four companies chose to submit a proposal while four declined. We sent the RFP only to companies with experience in the church-plan marketplace. In June, the UUA Retirement Plan Committee narrowed the options to two recordkeepers. The Committee, together with others, met with the two finalists in early July.
