How will I know when an employee completes enrollment and/or changes their contribution rate at Empower?
After an employee completes the enrollment process and either begins, ends, updates, or declines to make salary deferral contributions, you will receive a notification to log into the Empower system to review the change. This contribution rate change must then be made in your payroll system so that the employee's pay matches what they have elected.
