Your last contributions should be submitted to TIAA so that they are received no later than February 9, 2023. If you mail or upload a data remittance, request a check online from your bank, or mail a check and that is received by TIAA after February 9, or if submissions are not in good order, the data will not be processed and your funds will be returned to your location. All remittance data and funding will need to be resubmitted upon going live at Empower.
In addition, all payroll information and payment should be held after February 9, 2023 until the Plan is live at Empower.
IMPORTANT: If you have auto pay set-up to occur for contributions, these arrangements may need to be adjusted to process earlier (to be received by February 9, 2023) and will need to be shut off for submission to TIAA following your final contributions submission to TIAA.
