- We’ve recently added a travel benefit so that Plan participants who need to go more than 100 miles from home for appropriate health care services can request reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses.
Premiums, benefits, and plan design are determined by the UUA Health Plan Committee, while claims processing and related services are provided through Highmark Blue Cross under contract with the UUA.
