TIAA has confirmed that they will pre-pay any installments due from the beginning of the blackout period at TIAA until the end of the blackout period at Empower. So if you have a distribution scheduled with TIAA, you will likely receive that distribution earlier than usual. The regular schedule will resume after the blackout period ends with Empower initiating the distributions.
