For 2022, the IRS has established a business reimbursement rate 58.5 cents per mile. For mileage incurred in the service of charitable organizations, the reimbursement rate remains 14 center per mile. The charitable rate can be used to reimburse congregational staff for mileage incurred as part of their work.
