Why is the Benefits Tune-up Workbook important?

We urge all congregations participating in any UUA benefit plans to complete the Workbook annually – and whenever a new congregational leader becomes responsible. The Workbook helps congregational leaders understand our benefit plan rules including necessary documents, eligibility criteria, enrollment windows, and more. Completing the Workbook at least once a year can help ensure your congregation is in compliance with your benefit plans and promotes good protocols for benefits administration.
